A Commitment to Honoring One's Word

Commitment

Webster defines "commitment" as an agreement to do something in the future.

Honor

Webster defines "honor" as good name or public esteem

Your Word

Macmillian defines "your word" as a sincere promise that you make.

To quote the modern day poets Wu-Tang Clan..."Word is Bond"

Apparently two (2) co-owners in our league have forgotten what these words mean. But what else would you expect from an Ole Miss and Bama fan...not like honesty and integrity mean anything to either of them...

Maybe someone should tell their wives that they really don't stick to the words they say or just tell them.."Hey, Woman. Hey, Woman! Listen here. Since your old man ain't got no heart, maybe you like to see a real man. I bet you stay up late every night dreamin' you had a real man, don't ya? I'll tell you what. Bring your pretty little self over to my apartment tonight, and I'll show you a real man."

Used to be when a man said he was going to do something, he did it...not in the case of Clubber Lang. These two Benedict Arnolds like to promise a man something, then renege faster than Hugh Freeze redacting phone numbers.

Just like our leaders in Congress they like to run on platform of honesty with other owners, then not follow through when it benefits themselves...even though LeGarrette Blount has done nothing behind Philly's offensive line this year.

Just because a player gets trade in real life, doesn't mean that you're able to go back on your gentlemen's agreement made the week before.

Did you know that Mobile was the home of the first backing out of a trade?

In honor of these two Judas Iscariot's let's look at other great traitors...
